New Construction Cleanup

Before scheduling new construction cleanup, we review the construction stage, property access, surface types, dust level, debris volume, and deadline for turnover. This helps us separate light final detailing from heavier cleanup that needs more crew time or specialty supplies.

For Jacksonville projects, the quote should note whether contractors are fully finished, whether utilities are active, which rooms are ready, and whether the space is residential, commercial, occupied, vacant, or being prepared for inspection.

Photos are helpful when there is drywall dust, adhesive residue, paint splatter, floor protection, cabinet dust, glass cleanup, exterior tracking, or any area that needs careful handling after renovation work.

Coordinate new construction cleanup after major trades are complete so cleaned surfaces are not immediately covered again by sanding, painting, installation, or punch-list work.

Share parking, gate codes, loading access, elevator rules, dumpster location, water access, power availability, and any rooms that should remain closed during cleanup.

If the project has a walkthrough, tenant move-in, business opening, real estate photo shoot, or final contractor inspection, include that date so we can prioritize the most visible spaces first.
