Photos are helpful when there is drywall dust, adhesive residue, paint splatter, floor protection, cabinet dust, glass cleanup, exterior tracking, or any area that needs careful handling after renovation work.

Coordinate floor restoration & sealing after major trades are complete so cleaned surfaces are not immediately covered again by sanding, painting, installation, or punch-list work.

Share parking, gate codes, loading access, elevator rules, dumpster location, water access, power availability, and any rooms that should remain closed during cleanup.
